Chloe joined the Tosh Colls Family Law team as an Associate, bringing a dedicated, compassionate, and highly resolution-focused approach to our practice. Prior to joining the firm, Chloe practiced at a prominent specialist family law firm in Brisbane. Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complex emotional and legal landscapes surrounding relationship breakdowns. She has successfully represented and advocated for clients across a diverse array of matters, with core expertise spanning sensitive parenting disputes, domestic violence matters, child support, spousal maintenance, and complex financial restructuring for both married and de facto couples.

Chloe strongly aligns with the Tosh Colls commitment to avoiding unnecessary conflict and acrimony. She rejects a “one size fits all” approach, instead providing tailored, individualized guidance that prioritizes the rights and wellbeing of her clients.
